Kelly Kastner - Watermedia  and Pastel Artist

Kelly is a self taught artist with great mentors like Bev Jozwiak, Ted Nuttall, and local Minneapolis talent Tara Sweeney, Catherine Hearding and David Smith.

Kelly currently serves on the Minnesota Watercolor Society as Publicity Chair, Webmaster.
